It’s after picture day, can I still order photos?
Yes! We keep photos for a few years post picture day, and we’re more than happy to help you place an order. Package prices are still good after picture day and you can receive your order directly to your home. Please call our office at 801.207.8240, and we can help you place it!
Can I get photos from last year or earlier?
Yes! We have photos from previous years. You can order any of the packages, and we'll ship them directly to you. Cost of shipping does apply. Digitals can also be purchased.
I ordered my photos from you, but they never came. What do I do now?
If your photos weren’t delivered, we’re more than happy to resend them. Please either call us at 801.207.8240, or email us at contact@eastmanadams.com with your information and we can resend the photos.
Can I pay for the order over the phone?
Yes! We are only able to take debit and credit cards over the phone. We just need the card number and expiration date.
I paid for the digital image, but I never got it. How do I download it? / I forgot to download my picture before the link expired, can you send me a new link?
Yes! We can resend the picture or the link through email. You can either call us at 801.207.8240, or send us an email, contact@eastmanadams.com. We’ll need the name of your student, the name of the school and the season you’re looking for, (Spring, Fall, Graduation, etc.)
I got my other photos, but I’m missing my class photo. Why didn’t I get it yet?
Class photos are delivered after makeup day photos are sent to the school. We have to send a proof of each class picture to each teacher, have them correct and approve their proofs, and then we print and send them to the school. If you’re missing your class photo after the class photos have been distributed, please give us a call. Usually they’ll arrive at the school around 2-3 weeks after the makeup day photos are distributed.
I want to see what my picture looks like before I decide if I want to buy it. Can you send me a proof or a preview
Right now, we don’t have a proof to view. Once you purchase your photo, if you’re unhappy or want a refund, we’re more than happy to oblige. That is the only option we currently have.
What does retouching include? Can you get rid of things like acne and messy hair?
For the most part, yes! For most things, the cost for retouching is $10. If you have any questions regarding the editing we’re able to do, call us at 801.207.8240.
My kid missed picture day, are you going to be doing a makeup day?
For all of our schools we shoot in the Fall, we do have make-up days. You can call us or the school to find out what these days are. If the make-up dates don’t work, you can also take your student to another school's picture day. Just make sure to tell the photographer when you arrive at the school so we can ensure that we move the photo to the correct school.
The access key for the website isn’t working. Can you fix it?
If you’re having any issues with the website, please give us a call at 801.207.8240. Sometimes our system has a technical error that’s easy to fix. If it’s after makeup day, the key won’t work anymore and you will need to call us to order your photo.
My child’s photo is missing, but I know that they took their photo that day.
If you’re sure that your child was photographed on the day, but you received a sorry slip or your child’s photo is missing, please give us a call at 801.207.8240, and we can help you.
